Hi David,

That's very thoughtful of you. Unfortunately, I did not create the Visio
2003 document, it was created by a business partner and sent to me for
viewing and editing, but I only have 2002 version. Hence, could not open the
document.

Further thoughts will be appreciated

If you need to actually edit the file, Somone with Visio 2003 will need to
open the file and save it in Visio 2002 format. Contact the person who sent
it to you, and have them use File, Save As and set the save as type to Visio
2002 drawing.

Alternately, if you just need to view the file and not make changes, you can
download the Visio 2003 Viewer for free. You can get it at

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...5C-FED1-46CF-BD53-DA23635AB2DF&displaylang=en

That will let you view the drawing using Internet Explorer. You will not be
able to edit it or change the version, but at least you can open it and revew
it.
