Backwards Compatibility

Can someone tell me if Project 2003 is backwards
compatible with Project 2000 and Project 98 (ie.. can you
open a file created in Project 2003 using Project 2000 or
Project 98 and vice versa?)

It's backwards compatible to 2000 but not to 98. Opening a 2002 or 2003
file in 2000 is possible but the new fields added with 2002 are not
displayed.

Does Project 2003 have a "save as" option that allows you
to save as a Project 2000 or Project 98 file?
