Bad certificate (CERT_REV_FAILED)(ID=0x800a1529)

I have a Project Server 2007 machine, and users are running XP or Vista with
office professional 2007. We also have two forests that these users can be
in. Project Server is in forest A. Users in Forest A running Vista or XP
can use office pro just fine against the project server. Users in Forest B
running XP also work fine (after we've saved their forest A credentials for
the PWA site and installed the CA certificate since it's a private CA).
Users in Forest B running Vista always get the "Bad certificate
(CERT_REV_FAILED)(ID=0x800a1529)" error in project pro. I've done the same
steps as I've done for the XP machine (saved the credentials for PWA and
imported the CA Cert). These same users can hit the PWA site fine without
any cert errors. And if I disable SSL on the PWA site, the vista users in
forest b are able to connect just fine. Any ideas on how to get this
scenario to work? Could project pro be bubbling up the wrong error?

If I don't install the CA when using XP in forest B I get the error "Bad
certification authority. (ID=0x800a152a)", so they aren't the same errors.
And if I install the CA, but don't save the credentials, I get the error "The
credentials you used to login may not be correct".

I've also been able to replicate this problem in a completely new,
virtualized environment. In both environments I get the exact same results
(vista or xp in forest a works, xp in forest b works, vista in forest b does
not). I'm thinking it's time for a PSS call, but I was wondering if anyone
has had this problem before, or if it's just not a support configuration?
