I have set up a new rule for an out-of-office auto-reply in Outlook 2003.
I've followed all instructions to a "T" (turned off Word as the e-mail
editor, etc.) and the template looks great on the screen. But when the
message goes out as an auto-reply, it looks horrible on the receiver's end.
Suddenly one space between each paragraph becomes two or more, and hyperlinks
in the text have the actual HTML code around them. (I've even tried manually
removing these hyperlinks, but Outlook automatically makes them hyperlinks
again upon sending them.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as ugly e-mails coming from a design
firm are particularly unsettling.
Thanks,
Jeremy
