Bad hyphenation of the prefix "mis"

Our office proofreader just noticed something strange about Word 2007. Some
words are hyphenating in the wrong place. For example, instead of
hyphenating at "mis-represent" we see "mi-srepresent." We also see
"mi-santhrope" and "misanth-rope." It seems like the dictionary's
hyphenation rules are just bad for some words. Is there a way to fix this?

There are several issues with WOrd2007 hyphenation that are being looked
into. There's no timeframe for a fix though.

Thanks. Can you tell me if these issues are documented anywhere that I could
show to my coworkers?

All I can tell you is that we have raised this as a bug with Microsoft and
it is on their list. Hopefully it will be sorted for Office 14.
