bad icon in start menu

After doing a complete install of Office 2003
Professional the Outlook icon in the start menu is messed
up. It is nolonger appearing as the real Outlook icon
but is instead the generic windows icon (white with
blocks in it). It's like it can't find the real icon.
What's the deal?
