I had two clients 250 miles away install the trial version of Outlook 2003. When
it expired, we purchased 5 open license. Now no matter what we do, it won't stay
activated. We tried to uninstall, reinstall but we still get the same error
messages when trying to send email. How can I fix this? I do have remote control
over the machines so I can fix them while I'm not at that location.
