Hello All,
We just started using BCM in Outlook 2007 (on exchange 2003). We have about
500 contacts and keep adding a few every day. The problem we are having is
that after adding the new names, we scroll in the contacts view, BCM will
lock up with a blank list of contacts. We have to click on accounts then back
to contacts to restore the view.
The hardware we are using is very modern (SBS 2003R2 hosting BCM DB is a
Xeon 3050 (2.13GHz) with 4 GB of RAM). The client is a Laptop running XP with
2GB of RAM and 2 GHz core 2 CPU. Fresh install with Office 2007SBE. The
laptop has offline caching enabled and is usually connected using wireless
which is very reliable here. All updates installed including XP SP3 & Office
updates.
Thank you
