Bad title for previous question

I created a Program Management Office Web (PMO) page below the public
documents home page. We are using this to track crossfunctional program
issues. The issues that I list on this page do not show up on the home pages
in PWA for the resources that are assigned these issues. Is there a way to
link the issues from this seperate web page to PWA home page?
