Bad URL in Visio 2000

The "Visio on the Web" option under the Visio 2000 help menu takes you to a
bad link. Honestly, Microsoft, if you're going to hardcode a URL into a
product, you had better make damn sure it stays out there forever. Very easy
problem to avoid, very sloppy mistake to make.
