bad Word 2000 disk

Working with compaq,we had to make a restore point, now
when trying to use word 2000 it pops up with the error
"winword has caused an error in VBE6.dll" winword will now
close.
workinh again with compaq we discovered the disk is bad,
we renamed the error then looked for it and didn't find
itin the files.
reloaded microsoft 2000 and the error showed up!
Now i need a new disk to run word 2000, all the other
programs from that disk work fine.
help!!!!!!!!!!!
