I have a problem working with the BAHTTEXT function in the
Excel,
As i enter the numbers in the box inorder to be shown as
text , the excel displays the text in a very wierd
language , some kind of an ancient language ....looks like
hebrew in some way...
How can i convert that language to english ??? , the help
says i have to change the settings from control panel .
regional settings .... but the language setting i find
doesnt contain any unknow language
i have a windows 2000 Operating system , and Office XP
Please advise.

Hi

I myself don't have this function (Excel2000), maybe it's available in
OfficeXP only. But I remember a week or two ago someone explained in some
Excel NG, that this function works for one of Asian languages (I don't
remember which one - some Hindu language maybe) only. The rest of us common
mortals have to make it with UDF's.
