Balanced Scorecard

Hi,

I'm doing research on "getting ideas" for a Balanced Scorecard. Does anyone
know if there is an Access "tool" out there that might do some of the stuff
a Balanced Scorecard application/system does?

I know this is a very generic question... I wouldn't even know how to ask or
answer specific questions at this moment. I'm simply trying to find out if
anyone could provide me some pointers/guidelines so that I either could
utilize an existing Access system or provide our developers some ideas for
own development.

Any feedback is appreciated,
Tom

You don't explain what you mean by a "balanced scorecard". If you mean that
you'd like to weight questions and answers, then it could certainly be done.
You would just need to include the weight applied to each question in your
tables. Then do some math to give answers more or less weight when
totalling.

Rick:

Thanks for your prompt reply...

at this time, we're still working on the metrics of the individual
variables...

Right now, I simply searching for "tools" that would allow me to modify/plug
in the later-on developed variables.

So, if you have any info as to where I could find a generic a sample
database that covers the concept of Balanced Scorecard, I'd appreciate your
sharing it w/ me.

Again, thanks in advance,
Tom
