Tom
I am certain if this is the right newsgroups for my
questions, but maybe I'm lucky and someone can provide me
some pointers.
Currently I'm doing research on the subject "Balanced
Scorecards" (BSCs). I have very vague background
knowledge on this.
It is my understanding that BSCs enable organizations to
clarify their vision and strategy and translate them into
action (via graphs, metrics, etc.).
I believe that there some very suffisticated software
packages "out there"; however, I also believe that some
more basic BSCs were completed in Excel.
So, here are my questions:
1. Does anyone know some very good, "get-to-the-point"
websites that will provide me more details on BSCs?
2. Has anyone ever developed BSCs in Excel? If yes, does
anyone have some Excel sample docs that I could review?
Thanks,
Tom
