Does anyone have a suggestion where I might find a template for a ballot
form? Club elections coming up soon.--

I've never seen any but all you really need is box and name, box and name,
box and name. Keep it simple.

I just created and uploaded 2 "Election ballot" templates on the Office
community templates page. They probably won't show up until Nov 5 or 6 but if
you can wait until next week, search for "ballot" or "election ballot".

let me know if that helps.
