banner ad manager & FP 2003

what has happened to this in FP 2003 - why is it gone
from the Isert - Web Components dialog? Is there a
problem with banner ads?

Ailise ,

Banner Ads use the Java Virtual Machine which is no longer on most people's
systems. However, if you really want to use it, you can find it by going to
Tools, Customize and dragging it to your menu.
