Banner ads use JavaApplets, which for a few different reasons is not a good
way to do it.
If you REALLY want them, you can add the command back to your toolbar
through customization:
Right click the toolbar
Customize
Commands tab
Click "Insert"
Scroll through until you find "Banner Ad Manager"
Add it to your menu by drag and drop
NOTE: This feature requires the Java Virtual Machine, and through lawsuits
and what not, I don't think it ships on windows anymore, so users will need
to do a separate download to see your banner ads...
