Banner Ad manager

Is it possible using FP2002 to add an image behind the Ad manager as I've
known of times when the Ad manager does show on certain browsers?

No. The ad manager requires a JVM installed on the users PC, without
the JVM it will display as a grey or white rectangle, obscuring any
image that may lie beneath it.
