If someone could point me in the right direction. I am looking for something
to rotate text. Trying to avoid a bunch of pics to display the text.
Looking to have quotes displayed in the top of all my pages. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

Explain
- rotate text letters (so they are not horizontal)
- or rotate as preset series of words/text each time the page is viewed

Question though...can a '.js' file be placed in a central location? Or does
it have to be placed in the same folder as script that is calling on it?

It can be placed anywhere in the website - the link in the page must point to it.
For example:
<script type="text/javascript" src="path/to/script.js"></script>
