banner in theme disappearing--disappearing pages

I am using a theme, and a custom banner, I customized a theme. When I close
the page, after working on it, then open it back up, there is nothing there,
only the bottom shared border. I am fearful of working on these pages
because they seem to change at will. Where is the gremlin and how do I get
rid of it? Seriously, this is v. strange, as I keep having to re-insert the
banner and everything on the page which is driving me bonkers, to say the
least and also v. time consuming.

i am using FP 2003 on WIN XP Pro....

Malformed html
the page at http://www.gloriadelossantos.com/Exhibition_Photos.htm
has multiple body tags (4)
- partially caused by your bottom.htm which has an extra <body> tag before the closing </body> tag

Same w/ your home page at http://www.gloriadelossantos.com/

In code view delete all the extra body tags
