Banner not posting

Hello,
My page banner and navigation bar is displaying in frontpage. For some
reason, it is not displaying on webpage when I publish. Do you know what
will fix this issue? I have tried putting the banner in again and no luck.

On Frontpage, try to go to Tools - Recalculate Hyperlinks and then publish
too see if that helps.
