Banners don't work - Please help

to see the problem, which is this -

The text in the banners does not show up !
It is either "blacked over" or just doesn't
display. I have tried to change any colors
that I think might affect it but I can't fix
this. I have worked and worked for a week and
it's driving me nuts. Please help and I'll never
forget it ! Thanks so much,

Hi,

When I open it with FrontPage it tells me that the
components are not funtional in this web. I have a
feeling it is a problem with your hosting company.
Sometimes they have to mess with the extensions to get
them all to work. I would give them a call and ask them
to help.

Hi,
Well, actually, the problem occurs independent of the
hosting company. It occurs when I preview it in IE 6.0 or
Netscape 7.0 also... it's a problem with Frontpage but I
don't know how to fix it. Thanks for your suggestion
however.

Ummm....I don't get any banner coming up? The java applet button is there, but
not your banner.
