how do I show an "Average" line (moving R to L) on a Bar Chart?
I have figured otu how to do a moving average, but that's not what I need.
I just want a line going accross the page, from left to right, showing an
average of all the bars (in this case 75%).

Try using a helper column with the average in it and then format the bar to a
line.

eg if your data is in cells B1:B5 then in cells C1:C5 have
=AVERAGE($b$1:$b$5) and plot both
