bar explanations

When I print out the gantt chart there are some bar
explanations in the bottom. How do I remove that, and
create customized explanations instead?

Hi Lone,

I think you are talking about the Legend. To remove this completely, go to
"File->Page Setup->Legend". Then, click the "None" option (found under the
heading of 'Legend on:').

To create your own, you will actually need to customize the Gantt View (or
create your own view). For example, go to the Gantt Chart and go to
"Format->Bar Styles". Here, you can change the labels, colors, etc. for
anything that displays on the Gantt Chart. This in turn will display in the
Legend of your printout.

Note: If you customize the legend and want to see it on the printout, you
will need to turn it on again in the Page Setup options.
