Bar Graphs

I'm stumped and need some help. I have a query which pulls data for various
sustainability metrics for each month of 2007 and 2008. How do I get the 2007
on one set of bars and 2008 on another set of bars? Thank you so much! Jani

This is done by making sure the Row Source property of the graph creates two
columns, one for 2007 and one for 2008. This is generally accomplished with a
crosstab query as the Row Source.

Don't know why but I'm not getting this. I've done the cross tab which puts
12 months of 2007 and 4 months of 2008 in columns. I can't figure out how to
break the 2007 monthly data from the 2008 monthly data and have it show up in
comparison bars on the graph. When I select the cross tab query it tells me
that I can only have 6 fields. Can you assist me some more??? Thanks, Jani

You can have up to 255 generated columns in a crosstab. The wizard might
allow only 6 but others can be added later. Can you share your table
structure that makes you think you need more than just a few fields?
