I am trying to create a chart showing FY08 & FY09 funding for work.
I am tying to show two separate bars, one bar with FY08 & FY09 funds that
have been obligated and in another bar next to it FY08 & FY09 funds that have
been authorized. Each bar should indicate the difference between the FY08 &
FY09 funds. In addition to the bars I want to show one line as the Fund
Plan.
Any advice? I have tried, but when I do the Bars they just keep stacking on
top of each other and I don't want that.
