barcode printing?

J

Josh Grameson

I would like to print a barcode just as an example in a word document that
I'm doing. So the barcode need not be based on a change value or anything
like that.

How can I do this?

Josh,

Please take a look at our barcode ActiveX control:

http://www.barcodewiz.com

Creating a barcode is as easy as selecting some text and clicking on a
toolbar button to convert the text to a barcode image.

One of the benefits to using images (as opposed to barcode fonts) is
that you can distribute the doc file to anyone - the recipient does not
need to have barcode fonts or ActiveX installed on his/her computer.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

If you just need a sample bar code, I would recommend that you go to
www.freebarcodes.com
The site is primarily designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the
TAL Bar Code ActiveX control however you can also use it to generate
bar code images that you can then download to your PC and insert into
other programs like Word.
I would recommend using the Windows Metafile format (WMF) for the bar
codes that you create as this will produce the best results in Word.
