Thanks for helping me with =COUNTIF($AT3810:$FI3810,"D") yesterday

Another question.
Do you know of a way for it to return a blank instead of a zero if no "D's"
exits?

You could consider just switching off zeros display in the sheet altogether
via clicking Tools > Options > View tab. Uncheck "Zero values" > OK
