Base Calendar creation from Outlook

I built a form w/scripting for Project 2003 that allows the user to create a
new baseline calendar using the Outlook.hol file. They select the Country
which then displays the holidays, they mark which holidays are non-workdays
for the project, then they hit a Create button which creates a new baseline
calendar. Does any such capability exist in Project 2007, or will I need to
migrate this form/script when we upgrade?

No, this capability does not exist in Project 2007 either. You may need to
rewrite some of your code in the script, however, since the Project 2007
uses named holidays and allows the user to set recurring holidays. Hope
this helps.
