Hi all

I forgot to save baseline for some of the tasks in my project. Now, I have
the actuals of all the tasks.

I would like to capture the planned hrs also.

Since I have forgot to save the baseline I am not able to capture the
planned hrs.

Can anybody give me an idea on how to capture the planned hrs for the
project.

Thank you,
Chaitanya.

Hi Chaitanya,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Did you save a backup before starting the project? If not, then save a copy
of your project now. In the copy, select the All button (immediately above
the ID column) to highlight them all. Now go to Project/Project Information
and enter 0% complete/OK, which should remove all the Actuals. Now
View/Table.../More tables.../Baseline, should show the original baseline
information. You can now Copy/Paste this baseline information into your
current project.

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hi Mike

Thanks for the information.

I think the answer you gave is applicable for project 2007. We are using
project server 2003.

% complete column was not found in project/project information.

Can you please give me the answer if it is the case with project 2003.

Thank you
Chaitanya.

I think Mike meant Project > Task Information to re-set to zero.
