I have an issue in MS Project Server 2002 with baseline work. When planning
projects that span several years I have noticed that from June 2010 onwards
baseline work is not captured correctly. I have set up the Project Calendar
with national holidays set as nonworking time, this is accurately carried
over to each resources calendar as expected. When a project plan is created
that spans several years the Work values are correct and all nonworking days
have no Work value. When I save a Baseline, the Baseline Work mirrors the
Work as expected until June 2010. After June 2010 the Baseline Work is not a
mirror of the Work and I have discovered that the national holidays I entered
into the project calendar are being ignored and Baseline Work is saved on
these days. I have checked the resource calendars and they show that these
days should be nonworking! Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening?
