Baseline Work field not displaying properly

Hi,

I've got an issue in Project Server 2003. I add the "Baseline Work" column
to my Timesheet view (i.e. Admin -> Manage Views -> Modify that view), and it
displays the column now in the timesheet, but no data displays in this field.
I've tried this on a few different installations of the product we have and
get the same behaviour in each - has anyone got any ideas on what's going on
here?

Each project manager in your organization needs to open every project he/she
is managing and do the following:

1. Click Tools - Customize - Published Fields
2. Copy the Baseline Work field to the right
3. Click the OK button
4. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
5. Click OK

The project managers need to perform the above steps in every project to
"push" the Actual Work values to each user's timesheet. Hope this helps.
