Baselines????

Altough i have denied saving baselines on the global permissions for Project
managers, they can still save the baselines.

Does any one know what i am doing wrong here?

If the project doesn't have a baseline they will still be able to save the
baseline the first time. After that they will not be allowed to rebaseline
the project.

The security item should be name re-baseline project.
