Do you have a version of Office 2007 that includes Outlook 2007 or do you
have a separate version of Outlook 2007?
In case of the last; there are some integration features missing when using
Outlook as a stand alone application.
In case of the first; uninstall the entire Office suite and install it again
or try doing a Repair on the installation.

I did purchase Outlook as a stand alone application. How do I integrate
them. I bought them to work together.
Thanks.

Which features are not working for you?
Some features cannot be "activated" when the applications are not from the
same SKU (product package).

It has been filed as a bug shortly after the release of Office 2007 but it
might be classified as a "known limitation" or is too complex to be fixed in
this version as Service Pack 1 didn't fix it and is also not expected in
SP2.

You could contact Microsoft to swap your current licenses for an Office
Suite that contains all the applications that you need. Depending on the
products that you currently have, additional charges may apply.

The features not working are in the Message tab, (basic texts), insert tab,
(tables, illustrations, links, text and symbols), options tab, (themes), and
format text,(nothing is working).

Thanks,

Sounds like you have your message format set to Plain Text instead of HTML.

Basically the real nagging issue with have a separate Outlook SKU is that
the "Theme..." button won't be available in;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Stationery and Fonts...

Themes are available though when selecting the Options tab while composing a
message. However, note that these are a different kind of themes though but
can adopt much of the same functionality.
