BCC an email in Outlook

An email has supposedly been sent to me as a BCC and I have not received it.
If the original email is forwarded by the sender, will the BCC be displayed?

No. A screenshot of the item or a copy of the .msg file would probably work.

There is no Bcc header included in the original e-mail. That means that
header will never appear whether you are the original recipient or you
forward it elsewhere.

Did you look in your trash/junk/spam folders in Outlook? Did you use
the webmail interface to your e-mail account to check it the server-side
spam filter moved it to the trash/junk/spam folder? Did you check if
your rules (or any you defined in your account up on the server) will
delete or do anything with e-mails where you are not specified in To/Cc
headers? Are you using any anti-spam software that might have its own
junk/spam folder (i.e., it won't pass the suspect e-mails onto your
e-mail client)? If so, check its log and any pending or quarantine
store.
