Bcc in MS Outlook

When we send messages, we are normally marking a Bcc Copy to us for our
information. However, sometimes, this Bcc copy is not getting delivered to
our mail server.

Kindly help us

We are marking Bcc to us because this Bcc copy will get downloaded on all
other PC's of my co-workers and every body will immediately get konw what
e-mail is being sent by me and to whom

Well if this email is internal it shouldn't be going outside anywhere. Why
are you blind copying yourself when you would already end up with a copy in
your Sent Items? Is everyone you BCC not receiving or just some?

First of all it is not an Intranet mail, I am talking about Internet messages.

Secondly, i am blind copying messages because, if i send a messages or
replied to a message from one of our client, on my computer there will be a
copy in sent itms. But the other people in the organization will not know
that i have sent a mail. If I marked a blind copy, the message will get
downloaded on all nodes in my organization and every one will immediately
come to know about that mail.

Some times this bcc is getting downloaded on all node. Some times it is not
at all downloading on any of the computers.
