BCC line missing

in outlook 2007 - i want to send email using the "blind carbon copy" or BCC
but then the BCC line is missing in the outlook message compose... only TO:
and Cc: (carbon copy) are available.

the Bcc: is available in Windows Mail / Outlook Express and i always sue
that configuration. can outlook 2007 be configured to use Bcc?
