Manc Shaun

i am using outlook 2003 and i would like to send emails to a group of people
without each recipient knowing who else i have sent to. i would normally use
the Bcc field but in this case i cannot because each recipient is set up to
only receive mail sent "To" them all other mail is filtered out, can this
even be done?

Yes it can be done and it is called email-merging.

You get started by Selecting the Contacts and clicking Tools, Mailmerge

There are many posts here with all the steps shown in great detail so a
search on "mailmerge" would be the way to go.
