I'm running Outlook 2003 ( 11.2806.8202) SP3
XP Professional v 5.1.2600 SP 2 Build 2600
Business Contact Manager Update for Outlook 2003 - 6-14-2005
I have been running this configuration for over six months. Recently, I
started receiving an error message when Outlook starts. The error message is
Business Contact Manager
The information store could not be opened.
In addition to this error, there are no BCM tool bars or menu choices.
I have uninstalled BCM (including SQl server) and created a new email
profile and re-installed BCM. Immediately after the install, I am prompted to
create a new database which completes. As soon as I start Outlook the above
referenced error messge appears as Outlook starts up.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
