BCM 2003 won't change the contact name

I have BCM 2003. My system is running Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002,
Service Pack 2. BCM runs great, except for one problem.

When I change the email address and contact name, the email address updates
fine, but it keeps displaying the OLD contact name. No matter what I do, it
won't change it. Has anyone else run across this and did they fix it?
