BCM 2007 beta won't install or uninstall

I just upgraded my Office 2003 apps to the 2007 Office beta, and everything
went OK except for Business Contact Manager. I now cannot access my business
accounts or contacts (I was using the version for Outlook 2003 and Small
Business Accounting 2006, with OfficeSBMESP3 installed).
Neither the Reinstall or Remove All features are working, and the log file
referenced in the error dialogue box doesn't exist. How can I manually
uninstall BCM2007 so I can get a clean install?
