BCM 2007: error msg: "Cannot open this form because an error ocurr

I recently migrated this database from another machine. The forms that won't
open are customized forms. I imported the customizations after exporting
them from the old machine. Stock forms open fine. The data is there, I can
see the records; just can't open a form. The only difference I can find is a
version mismatch in BCM. The machine I exported the forms from was version
3.00.7311.00. I did not install the upgrade on the new machine before I
imported the customizations. I have now upgraded and the problem persists.
