I installed Outlook 2007 with BCM recently and am using Windows XP with Excel
2002 and Word 2002 SP3. I am primarily using the BCM aspects of the software
and have not linked any email accounts to the Outlook. I have been entering
Business contacts with no problems for a month but the other day the program
froze. I can open the software, but if I try to do anything the system hangs
with a "Not Responding" and I have to use Task Manager to close it. I noticed
my SQL Server is 2005 - is that a possible reason? Are my other Office
components too old to work with the new Outlook? I have reintsalled Oulook
2007 w/BCM and looked for new updates with no effect.
Also, what files do I need to copy to retain my database as it freezes when
I try to create a back up.
Thanks for any suggestions.
