BCM 2007 Licence

I have a licence for business contact manager, but i cant figure out how to
add it to outlook w/ BCM. when i installed BCM it didnt ask for it, and when
i run outlook t says i cant use BCM because my old license is in there. it
also says to either add the licence when i run outlook or remove BCM. How do
i add the licence?
