In the BCM Home display (home tab) Open Opportunities are displayed at the
bottom. There is a Linked To column.

How can I display this Linked To column in the main Opportunities display?

The main opportunities display does not display enough info to be able to
mange my opportunities - I need to see the account/contact that the
opportunity is linked to...

Jeff:

This one is pretty intuitive -- I'm shocked you didn't find it! Just

When you open the Customize Current View dialog and click on Fields, from
the Select Available Fields From dropdown, choose User Defined Fields in
Folder, and select ParentDisplayName.

Jeff -- What exactly do you mean by the phrase above? Do you mean that if
you navigate to your Business Contacts or Accounts folders and then back to
Opportunities, that the View changes are lost?

Yes, that is exactly what was happening.

Somehow, it has stopped this and now retains the settings...
