BCM 2007 Toolbar Missing

Wayne Small

I have had a recent issue with my outlook on my desktop and my laptop (both
have Outlook 2007 with BCM installed), whereby when I go to my calendar,
Outlook stops responding. My databases are on my SBS 2003 R2 server and
both systems are configured to work offline.
As part of troubleshooting I switched outlook on my desktop into non cached
exchange mode, which naturally prevents BCM from starting. I found that my
calendar works fine now. I've reverted to cached mode again, and now I
can't find out how to get BCM running on the desktop once more. Any tips on
how to make it appear again?

Does no one have an idea on this? You know that your becoming hooked on
something when you get the shakes because you can't use it anymore :) And
BCM is like that for me - so if anyone has ideas, I'd love to hear about
them.

You could go to Control Panel, Mail, select your profile, and try
adding BCM to it.

Luther,

Thanks for this - it's so simple once you know how! :)

It was under the Data Files tab, not the services tab as I had expected it
to be.
