BCM 2010 changes

Hello - I have been using BCM 2007 for about a year and have clearly
recognized its shortcomings. Lack of customization, stability, contact
management with Outlook, reporting, are all question marks. Beyond what is
stated on the MS BCM Blog page, does anyone know where I can find the
specific changes that have taken place with BCM 2010? We need a low-cost,
easy to roll out CRM solution for my 40 person office.
