BCM Addresses not Syncing

When I sync my Outlook 2007 w/BCM to my smartphone, only the names, phone
numbers and email address are synced. The work addresses are not synced but
the work addresses are listed in the BCM. Operating System is Vista
Business, and email setup is a POP3.

How can I get work addresses sync/transferred to my smartphone?

Any help is appreciated
