BCM and Microsoft Small Business Server

I understand that BCM is disabled when using Small
Business Server on a MAPI enabled network, how can I be
sure that I will or will not be in a MAPI enabled network?

I currently have a peer-to-peer situation with 10
computers total and will be changing to a network with
one server and 8 workstations. We have no need for an
instant messaging service on our workgroup.

Can you explain Exchange server accounts to me?

Currently each individual on the peer-to-peer uses POP3
mail, should I leave that unchanged?

Also, part of my intent in switching to Office 2003 is
the ability to utilize the Calendering system in
Outlook...this is for a consulting firm of 5 consultants
who often need to collaborate so they need access to each
other's schedules.

Thanks so much!

If you use Exchange server accounts, it's mapi enabled. BCM only works with
non-exchange accounts. It has nothing to do with Instant messaging.
