Hello,
I have installed BCM and have a problem with rules (like many ppls), when
going to cached exchange mode, rules don't work anymore... Quite weird and
awfull when like me you received more than 50 mails by day.
just some facts :
- Rules dont work automaticaly (i have tried every type of rules, deleting
and starting again)
- Rules work manualy (but it takes time to run on a big inbox)
- Rules seems to work from time to time if I press myself the RECEIVED button.
That seems to be a reproducible problem, i saw that some peoples have the
same since long time with no solution except unchecking "cached exchange
mode". That was a good one if you are not using BCM... So for the moment no
automatic rules or no BCM...
Btw if some MS techies read this board, I got another problem with BCM when
trying to install the lastet office security patch, I got this awful security
msg "a program is trying to access e-mail addresses..." EVERY time that I
wanted to send a new mail, that's not really user friendly...
That's too bad BCM is EXACTLY what i was looking for since 2 years in my
company.... If i can help to solve that i am willing to do it, BCM is really
a fantastic tool, but this 2 bugs are more than annoying for a full
deployement even in a small business.
